POLICY

No refunds, no exceptions! Exchange for store credit only.

Items purchased from ShopEricaRenee are eligible for exchange or store credit within seven days after delivery. 

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for exchange or store credit. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping. 

No changes may be made once an order has been placed. 

 

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.

 

RETURNS

We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to us. Please note, returns do take 3-10 business days to process upon reaching us. Once your return is processed and your credit is issue, you will receive a confirmation email. 

DAMAGED ITEMS 

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately!
